Abstract

The Transylvanian Franciscan Way - the Official Gazette of the Order (1930-1936) (Az Erdélyi Ferencesek Útja – A Rendtartomány Hivatalos Közlönye), in its time, its standard, its content and its varied subject matter, rightly served its purpose of informing the members of the Provincia. In the 20th century, research on Franciscan (folk) missions in Transylvania is based on a particularly valuable source in the Newsletter from the Provincial, which is updated with the latest mission news.
