Journal Owner and Academic Partner
The legal owner of Studia Theologica Transsylvaniensia is the Roman Catholic Theological Seminary of Alba Iulia (INSTITUTUL TEOLOGIC ROMANO-CATOLIC ALBA IULIA).
The journal is issued in academic cooperation with the Faculty of Roman Catholic Theology, Babeș–Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca (FACULTATEA DE TEOLOGIE ROMANO-CATOLICĂ, UNIVERSITATEA BABEȘ-BOLYAI).
Journal Management
The day-to-day operation of the journal is carried out by the Editorial Office, with institutional support from the Roman Catholic Theological Seminary of Alba Iulia, academic support from the Faculty of Roman Catholic Theology, Babeș–Bolyai University, and publishing support from L’Harmattan Könyvkiadó.
Editorial Office
Responsible for editorial planning, scholarly manuscript management, peer review coordination, scholarly editing, revision management, and open access publication and hosting of the journal on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, in accordance with the journal’s editorial and publication ethics policies.
Owner Institution
Provides the institutional, organisational, and infrastructural framework supporting the operation of the journal.
Academic Partner
Supports the journal’s academic cooperation, scholarly environment, and disciplinary visibility.
Publisher
Responsible for copy-editing and proofreading, typesetting, typographic design, cover design, printing, dissemination, metadata registration, DOI management, and support for repository and database connections.

Editorial Independence
The owner, the publisher, sponsors, and any other funding bodies do not influence editorial decisions, peer review outcomes, or decisions regarding the acceptance, revision, correction, retraction, or rejection of manuscripts.
Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial team, on scholarly grounds and in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policies.
Complaints and appeals are handled in accordance with the journal’s published procedures by an appropriately independent senior editor or, where necessary, by an ad hoc appeals panel.

Studia Theologica Transsylvaniensia is institutionally rooted in the Roman Catholic Theological Seminary of Alba Iulia, in close academic cooperation with the Faculty of Roman Catholic Theology, Babeș–Bolyai University.
The publisher and the owner institution are committed to ensuring 100% open access to the journal’s content within the framework of their cooperation, thereby supporting Hungarian and international open science objectives.
